  • Candidates with a BBA, or a degree in Marketing, Management, Business Studies or English will receive preference.

  • Experience in Student Counselling, Study Abroad Consultancy, International Admissions, Customer Relations, Educational Consultancy or Digital Media Management will be given preference.

  • Hands-on experience with student visa processing and overseas university admission procedures will be highly preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Proficiency in Canva and basic photo/video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush or similar software).

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and social media management tools.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain professional relationships.

  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, integrity and willingness to learn.

  • Experience working in an educational institution will be considered an added advantage.

We are looking for a proactive, creative and service-oriented professional to join our team as Executive – Customer service and Social Media

 The selected candidate will play a key role in managing institutional communications and branding while providing admission support, student counselling and customer relationship services for both organizations.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage the organization's digital communication channels, including Facebook, YouTube and other social media platforms.

· Design promotional graphics and create engaging photo/video content for institutional branding and marketing campaigns.

· Provide professional counselling to prospective students for local admissions and overseas higher education opportunities.

· Guide students through university admissions, application documentation and student visa procedures.

· Respond to inquiries from students, parents and clients through phone calls, email, WhatsApp and social media while ensuring excellent customer service.

· Coordinate with internal departments, partner institutions and overseas representatives to ensure smooth admission and communication processes.

· Maintain accurate student records, application status and customer databases.

· Support institutional events, admission campaigns and other administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
