Job Circular: Geopolitical Video Editor

Position: Geopolitical Video Editor (Full-Time)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Geopolitical Video Editor to join our team. Applicants are encouraged to contact ASAP.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in news, current affairs, or documentary content.

• Strong understanding of global geopolitics, international relations, and current affairs.

• Excellent command of English (reading, writing, and comprehension).

• Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

• Ability to research, verify information, and create engaging, fact-based visual stories.

• Experience with motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and color correction is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills.

• Team player with good communication and time-management abilities.

• Preferably organize monologue shoot in Studio. Some expertise or interest about Camera, Sound, Lights would be appreciated.

Job Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality geopolitical and current affairs videos for digital platforms.

• Transform complex international events into engaging visual stories.

• Source and organize relevant footage, graphics, maps, and other visual elements.

• Add motion graphics, captions, music, and sound effects where appropriate.

• Ensure factual accuracy and maintain high editorial standards.

• Collaborate with researchers, scriptwriters, and the production team to deliver content on schedule.

Work Schedule

• 6 working days per week

• 1 weekly day off

• Work from the office (On-site position)
