Education:
Master’s/MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or related fields (Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting) from a recognized university.

Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in ERP/Tally software is a must.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Leadership capability to manage distribution teams and external partners.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Interaction:
Internal Interaction: Work closely with distribution teams, finance, IT, and administration for smooth operations.
External Interaction: Communicate with distributors, principals, and other external stakeholders to ensure order processing, claims handling, and timely delivery.

To strengthen our operations, we are looking for a Manager – Supply Network & Operations who will lead our distribution and logistics activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure proper goods storing norms and FIFO process in warehouses.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in warehouse operations.
Supervise pallet-wise receiving with slips and conduct regular physical counts.
Monitor and oversee order processing in Tally software.
Coordinate transportation and logistics for smooth delivery operations.
Plan and strengthen distribution and retail network relationships.
Ensure compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.
Drive performance monitoring, reporting, and presentations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
