Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Confident, proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify potential clients, partners, institutions, and new business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and online databases.
Introduce company services, communicate with prospects, and arrange meetings.
Follow up with prospects and support lead conversion and client acquisition.
Maintain accurate lead and client records in the CRM/database.
Assist with proposals, quotations, presentations, networking, and marketing activities.
Support business development across Management Consultancy, Education Consultancy, IT/Software, and Travel & Tourism.
Attend client meetings and occasional field activities when required.
Achieve assigned monthly lead-generation and business development targets.
