Responsibilities & Context:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage a network of dealers and distributors specializing in the Easy Bike, e-rickshaw, and motorcycle trade.

  • Develop and execute a distributor-wise sales plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and revenue targets for both Lithium and Sodium battery product lines.

  • Proactively prospect and close sales with new distributors, fleet operators, and key accounts in the electric two-wheeler and three-wheeler ecosystem.

  • Continuously monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends in the electric vehicle and battery sectors, providing actionable feedback to management.

2. Product & Technical Service

  • Educate distributors and customers on the technical specifications, benefits, and applications of Lithium-ion batteries for Easy Bikes/Rickshaws and Sodium-ion batteries for motorcycles.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for after-sales service, including troubleshooting, processing warranty claims, and coordinating with the technical team to resolve customer complaints quickly.

  • Train distributors, their nominated persons, mechanics, and end-users on proper installation, handling, charging protocols, and maintenance for both Lithium and Sodium battery systems to minimize misuse and enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Relationship & Distributor Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new channel partners to ensure loyalty and business growth.

  • Plan and execute efficient daily market visits to distributors, workshops, and customer sites to ensure maximum coverage and support.

  • Submit daily sales updates, and competitor analysis using the prescribed system or process of reporting.
