Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and YouTube Advertising.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel setup, and custom conversion tracking.
Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to turn complex spreadsheets into clear, actionable business insights.
Proven track record of managing significant ad budgets effectively without overspending.
Ability to work under pressure
Multi-Platform Paid Advertising
Plan, launch & manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google (Search, Display, Shopping) and YouTube.
Build & optimize Meta Ads via Business Manager — campaign structure, targeting, creatives & budgets.
Run Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube) and conduct regular A/B testing.
Monitor daily ad spend to ensure efficient budget utilization.
Strategy & Campaign Planning
Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with sales targets and brand goals.
Identify target customer segments using demographic, behavioral & interest-based data.
Plan seasonal campaigns (Eid, Winter, Puja, Sales) and product launches in advance.
Brief design & content teams to produce effective ad creatives for fashion audiences.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track key metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM & conversion rate.
Prepare weekly & monthly reports with actionable insights.
Use GA4, Meta Business Suite & Google Search Console for traffic & conversion analysis.
Audience Research & Targeting
Research audience behavior, fashion trends & competitor strategies.
Build Custom, Lookalike & Retargeting Audiences on Meta and Google.
Set up & manage Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager for accurate tracking.
E-Commerce & Conversion Optimization
Drive targeted traffic and optimize the full sales funnel for better ROI.
Collaborate with the web team on landing pages, product pages & checkout flows.
Manage Google Shopping & Dynamic Product Ads to maximize product visibility.
Social Media Growth & Brand Visibility
Grow brand awareness & followers through paid social strategies.
Coordinate with content teams for amplified reach.
Maintain consistent brand voice & identity across all ad channels.
Budget Management & ROI Optimization
Allocate & manage ad budget across platforms based on performance data.
