Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

B.Sc (Agriculture) / B.Sc degree in Fisheries

MBA in Agri-Business / MBA with Major in Marketing

BSS (Honors) and Masters in Marketing

Bachelor of Science (BSc) / Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)

Note: HSC pass candidates with extensive relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age At least 30 years

• Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in Agro-based firms (including Agro Processing/Seed/GM).

• Industry Background: Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience specifically in reputed Poultry / Fish Feed Industries.

• Experience in sales and marketing within a China-based feed company or top-level company will be given high preference.

• Must have a mindset and capability for extensive field visits.

• Must be honest, smart, energetic, a fast learner, and a great team player.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.

• Search, expand, and set up new & existing dealer networks.

• Assist management in sourcing the best potential dealers.

• Handle order collection & booking; ensure timely delivery from the Feed-mill.

• Frequently visit fish farms and provide technical support regarding feed/aquaculture.

• Conduct frequent market surveys and detailed competitor analysis.

• Provide excellent customer service to both Dealers and Farmers.
