Experience:

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Masters
• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Agro-based firms (including Agro Processing/Seed/GM).

• ​Industry Background: Minimum 03 to 05 years of experience specifically in reputed Poultry / Fish Feed Industries.

• ​Experience in sales and marketing within a China-based feed company or top-level company will be given high preference.

• ​Must have a mindset and capability for extensive field visits.

• ​Must be honest, smart, energetic, a fast learner, and a great team player.

• ​Mandatory: Ability to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license.

• ​Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.

• ​Search, expand, and set up new & existing dealer networks.

• ​Assist management in sourcing the best potential dealers.

• ​Handle order collection & booking; ensure timely delivery from the Feed-mill.

• ​Frequently visit fish farms and provide technical support regarding feed/aquaculture.

• ​Conduct frequent market surveys and detailed competitor analysis.

• ​Provide excellent customer service to both Dealers and Farmers.
