Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with clients regarding overseas job opportunities, visas, and travel-related services.
Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about foreign employment and travel processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
Collect and manage client documents, including passports and other required paperwork.
Guide clients throughout the application and processing stages.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth processing of client files.
Maintain proper records of client information and follow up regularly.
Represent the company in a professional and confident manner at all times.
Achieve marketing and client service targets set by the company.
