Responsibilities & Context:
হাসপাতাল, ক্লিনিক, ডায়াগনস্টিক সেন্টার ও চিকিৎসা প্রতিষ্ঠানে কোম্পানির স্বাস্থ্যসেবা সরঞ্জাম (Health Care Equipment) বিক্রয় ও প্রচারণা পরিচালনা করা।
নতুন কাস্টমার তৈরি করা এবং বিদ্যমান কাস্টমারদের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা।
পণ্যের ডেমো, ব্যবহারবিধি ও প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য কাস্টমারকে প্রদান করা।
বিক্রয়-পরবর্তী (After Sales) সার্ভিস নিশ্চিত করা এবং কাস্টমারের অভিযোগ বা সমস্যার দ্রুত সমাধান করা।
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী মেডিকেল ইকুইপমেন্ট ইনস্টলেশন, বেসিক ট্রাবলশুটিং ও সার্ভিস সাপোর্ট প্রদান করা।
নিয়মিত মার্কেট ভিজিট, কাস্টমার ফলোআপ ও সেলস রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
বিক্রয় টার্গেট অর্জনে কাজ করা এবং কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করা।
টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে ব্যবসায়িক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
