Responsibilities & Context:

Agent Network Development & Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing local agents and sub-agents across Bangladesh.

  • Identify and onboard new agents to expand the candidate sourcing network.

  • Regularly visit agents to monitor performance, ensure active engagement, and address issues.

  • Motivate and guide agents to supply candidates according to job demands.

Candidate Sourcing & Mobilization

  • Source suitable candidates for different job categories through agent networks, social media, field visits, and local recruitment drives.

  • Ensure candidates meet the skill, qualification, and documentation requirements of clients.

  • Pre-screen candidates before sending them for interviews.

  • Create and maintain a database of potential candidates for various industries.

Coordination With Clients & Internal Teams

  • Collect job orders and understand the detailed requirements for each position.

  • Communicate client requirements clearly to agents and sourcing teams.

  • Work closely with recruitment coordinators to arrange interviews, trade tests, and selection events.

  • Follow up with candidates and agents to ensure proper attendance during interviews.

Interview & Selection Process Support

  • Assist in organizing walk-in interviews, spot interviews, and trade tests.

  • Manage candidate flow, registration, documentation, and initial screening during interview events.

  • Coordinate with technical evaluators or client representatives during selection processes.

  • Ensure selected candidates complete all necessary paperwork on time.

Field Marketing & Promotion

  • Conduct field visits to markets, training centers, and local sourcing hubs to promote available job opportunities.

  • Distribute leaflets, posters, and announcements to attract candidates.

  • Promote agency branding and ensure job information reaches the right communities.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on candidate sourcing and agent performance.

  • Maintain updated records of candidates, interviews, selections, and agent activity.

  • Report market conditions, sourcing challenges, and new opportunities to management.

Ethical Compliance & Professional Practices

  • Ensure that candidates receive accurate information about job requirements, costs, and processes.

  • Uphold transparent recruiting practices and follow all regulatory guidelines issued by BMET and relevant authorities.

  • Maintain professionalism and positive communication with candidates and agents.
