Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
MBA/MHRM in HRM will be given preference.
Minimum 5–8 years of professional HR experience.
At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Experience in a recruitment agency, manpower, training institute, or corporate HR department will be highly preferred.
Age: 30–45 years.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with HR software/HRIS will be an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Prepare job descriptions, job advertisements, and interview plans.
Lead employee onboarding, orientation, and confirmation processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Oversee attendance, leave management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
Conduct performance appraisal and performance improvement initiatives.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and company policies.
Prepare HR reports, organizational charts, and manpower planning.
Coordinate with department heads regarding workforce requirements.
Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
Support management in organizational development and HR planning.
Perform any other HR-related responsibilities assigned by management.
