Responsibilities & Context:
· Communicate with buyers regarding product development, order confirmation, and production status.
· Coordinate with production, sourcing, quality, and commercial teams to ensure on-time execution.
· Follow up on sample development, approvals, raw material sourcing, and production schedules.
· Monitor order progress and resolve any issues that may affect delivery timelines.
· Prepare costing, order sheets, and merchandising documentation.
· Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company quality standards.
· Maintain strong relationships with buyers and suppliers.
· Prepare regular merchandising reports and update management on order status
