Job Responsibilities:

• Client Communication & Engagement: Manage high-level communications with corporate and individual clients, ensuring smooth relations and professional service delivery.

• Need Identification & Solutions: Identify customer and corporate partner needs, clarify detailed information, and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

• Information Management: Provide clear, accurate, and professional information regarding overseas placement services to prospective clients.

• Database Management: Oversee the secure tracking, documentation, and maintenance of client data.

• Service Sales & Acquisition: Drive the sale of our specialized recruitment services to both individual clients and corporate entities.

• Target Achievement: Lead strategic initiatives to consistently achieve the sales, placement, and performance targets set by the company management.

• Strategic Promotion: The main role of this job will be communicating effectively with key stakeholders, convincing potential clients, and successfully selling our recruitment packages.
