Molla Salt (Triple Refined) Industry Ltd, a leading salt manufacturing company in Bangladesh, is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead its sales operations, drive business growth, strengthen distribution networks, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership capabilities and extensive experience in FMCG sales management.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and sales targets.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to ensure productivity and target achievement.

• Drive primary and secondary sales growth through effective distributor and territory management.

• Develop new distributors and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and key customers.

• Ensure effective market coverage, numeric distribution, and product availability.

• Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, market trends, and business opportunities.

• Conduct regular market visits, evaluate field force performance, and implement corrective actions.

• Prepare sales forecasts, analyze business performance, and submit periodic reports to management.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing plans.

• Ensure cost-effective operations and minimize market returns.

• TA/DA, Mobile Bill, and Tour Allowance.

• Performance Bonus, Insurance, and Provident Fund.
