· Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

· B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed university

· Customer service/management

· The candidate must have well experience of any well valued knit customer as IKEA/ H&M/Next/Primark/OTTO/Walmart/Carrefour etc.

· Communication with Buyers & Liaison office, factory personnel, all other related departments of the company.

· Costing of products.

· Coordinate with factory team for proper & on time execution of production, process & procedures of buyers.

· Advise factory/production/quality team on fabric, production, quality etc., related technical issues as efficient/experienced trouble shooter.

· Lead the team/act as an effective team member, understanding the company & buyer's requirements.

· Ensure quality execution of orders up to "shipment" of the goods, maintaining effective TNA & "Critical Path".

· Assist the in-house procurement team for sourcing trims/accessories as required, maintaining the standard.

· Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.

· Any special task/assignment as required for the position, as given by the company.
