Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's products and services.

• Generate new sales opportunities through direct marketing, referrals, and networking.

• Meet prospective clients, conduct presentations, and explain product features and benefits.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.

• Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth customer service.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Attend company meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Business, Marketing, or related fields will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

• Sales Executive: Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.

• Senior Sales Executive: Minimum 4–5 years of relevant sales experience.

• Experience in Real Estate, Asset Management, Banking, Insurance, or FMCG will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Age: 22–35 years.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong customer relationship management abilities.

• Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
