Responsibilities & Context:

Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, and social media.
Generate leads through social media and digital marketing activities.
Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
Candidates with relevant practical experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Tele Sales, or a related field.
Experience in real estate, IT, or service industries will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements
Age: 22–35 years.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Meta Ads, Canva, and social media management.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
