Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube platforms.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, and social media.

• Generate quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.

• Present company products and services professionally to potential customers.

• Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.

• Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.

• Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales reports.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.

• Candidates with strong practical experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Tele Sales, or a related field.

• Experience in real estate, IT, or service industries will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

• Age: 22–35 years.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Suite, Meta Ads, and social media management.

• Familiarity with Canva and basic graphic design tools.

• Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
