Responsibilities & Context:
Sales Operations
Monitor daily sales activities of both retail showrooms and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
Supervise, guide and motivate showroom salespersons to improve sales performance.
Ensure proper product display, fabric sample presentation and overall showroom management.
Identify new wholesale, retail and corporate customers to increase fabrics sales.
Visit markets regularly to explore new business opportunities and increase showroom sales.
Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Customer Relationship
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Follow up with customers regularly to generate repeat business.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction at both showrooms.
Reporting & Business Development
· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and submit them to management.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer demand.
· Maintain customer database, sales records and follow-up history.
· Suggest promotional campaigns and sales strategies to increase showroom sales.
· Perform any other sales, marketing and customer relationship activities assigned by the management.
