Responsibilities & Context:
Paragon Group is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join its Organic Fertilizer Sales Team. Job Responsibility as shown below:
Job Responsibility:
Achieve primary & secondary sales targets in the assigned area.
Expand market coverage and appoint new distributors.
Ensure timely lifting of products by distributors.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide customer’s feedback.
Prepare and submit area-wise sales reports.
Ensure proper execution of promotional activities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and farmers.
Undertake any other sales and marketing assignments as directed by management/superiors.
