Responsibilities & Context:
Paragon Group is one of the largest business conglomerate in the country is looking for experienced, proactive and honest individuals for its Civil Engineering section.
Responsibilities:
Planning, design drawing and budgeting for projects.
Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment & labour for a project.
Manage construction schedule, resolving any delay or conflict to meet up timeline.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety rules and other legal requirements.
Communicate and coordinate the team, contractors and management.
Monitoring of remaining and unused materials.
Assess potential risks, materials and costs
Supervise work progression.
Prepare various reports.
Any other assignment given by superiors.
