Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate property sales and leads.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
Coordinate branding, promotional activities, and advertising campaigns.
Manage social media platforms and company website content.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
Generate and nurture leads through online and offline channels.
Prepare marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop partnerships with agencies, brokers, and corporate clients.
Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, videos, and presentations.
Track and report marketing KPIs, ROI, and customer feedback.
