  • Bachelor / Honors degree from a recognized university.

  • Candidates with education from a foreign country will be highly preferred.

  • Candidates with IELTS certification or international study experience will get preference.

  • Must have valid driving license (GCC / International / Home country license preferred).

  • Must have good driving skills and confidence in driving for official purposes.

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

  • Good knowledge of marketing and business development.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with company clients and key decision-makers.

  • Confident in conducting meetings and presentations with company representatives.

  • Skilled in identifying client requirements and promoting suitable manpower solutions.

  • Knowledge of branding and promoting company services to local and international clients.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate closely with the Bangladesh recruitment team.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s client base.

  2. Identify and contact potential client companies locally and internationally.

  3. Arrange and attend meetings with company representatives, HR managers, and decision-makers.

  4. Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.

  5. Identify, contact, and communicate with key decision-makers of client companies.

  6. Present and promote the company’s manpower supply and recruitment services to potential clients.

  7. Gather and analyze client requirements for manpower needs and job specifications.

  8. Coordinate regularly with the Bangladesh recruitment team to stay updated on candidate availability and recruitment progress.

  9. Maintain professional communication through email, calls, and online meetings using fluent spoken English.

  10. Develop marketing and branding ideas to increase company visibility in the manpower market.

  11. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management.

  12. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

  13. Ensure high client satisfaction through timely updates and professional service delivery.

  14. Achieve monthly and annual business targets set by management.

  15. Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and industry networking programs.
