• Analytical and reporting skills, Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales budget in line with company objective.

• Design sales team KPI and assess their performance against set KFI and share feedback.

• Prepare SKU and block wise lifting plan and share with production and SCD in S&Op meeting to ensure adequate stock to support sales.

• Facilitate depot operation and optimize inbound and outbound logistics support to sales team.

• Develop distributors’ warehouse and delivery unit norms and evaluate against basic cold chain compliance.

• Prepare Division/Area wise business plan for effective coverage and growth.

• Allocate depot wise freezer deployment and ensure delivery at the right time to increase sales.
