Responsibilities & Context:
Akij Electric & Electronics Ltd. (AEEL) is looking for some dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead regional sales operations for its Lights, Switches, and Electrical Accessories product. The role involves managing the regional sales team, strengthening the distribution network, and driving business growth in the assigned region.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage regional sales operations for Lights, Switches, and Electrical Accessories products.
Achieve assigned sales targets by effectively managing the regional sales team.
Supervise and guide Territory Sales Managers (TSM) and Area Sales Managers (ASM).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
Identify new market opportunities and expand the distribution network.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report to management regularly.
Ensure proper execution of company sales strategies and promotional activities in the region.
