Strong English Communication Skills — both written and verbal, capable of handling corporate and overseas communication confidently.

Responsibilities & Context: Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage and organize the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and meeting calendar.
- Arrange local and international travel, hotel bookings, and itinerary planning.
- Prepare, review, and manage confidential documents, reports, contracts, and presentations.
- Draft and edit official letters, emails, memos, and business correspondence on behalf of the MD.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal departments, clients, overseas partners, and government offices.
- Coordinate communication with foreign employers, recruiting agencies, training centers, and embassy officials.
- Receive and screen phone calls, visitors, and inquiries; prioritize issues and provide timely follow-up.
Recruitment & Documentation Support
- Assist in preparing and processing recruitment documents such as demand letters, power of attorney, employment contracts, and visa papers.
- Ensure compliance with BMET, MOFA, and relevant government regulations.
- Maintain updated records of candidate pipelines, visa status, project progress, and overseas approvals.
Operational & Project Support
- Monitor manpower project timelines and provide regular status reports to the MD.
- Coordinate interview arrangements, candidate screening schedules, and logistical support.
- Track critical deadlines, renewal dates, and compliance requirements related to recruitment operations.
Office & Financial Assistance
- Manage filing systems (digital and physical) ensuring confidentiality and quick access.
- Handle petty cash, prepare expense statements, and support invoice follow-up with accounts.
- Assist the MD with procurement coordination or vendor dealings when necessary.
Confidentiality & Professional Conduct
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business strategies, financial data, and personal matters.
- Represent the MD professionally in meetings or communications when assigned.
- Uphold company reputation through disciplined, ethical, and professional behavior.
Personal Assistance (As Required)
- Assist the MD with personal tasks such as event planning, personal travel, and other errands.
- Provide flexible support during urgent work situations outside regular office hours.
