Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain and update visitor logs, employee in/out records, and correspondence registers.

  • Welcome and assist visitors, including Board members and stakeholders, and direct them appropriately.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing letters/documents efficiently.

  • Report to the Head of Admin, Head of Operations, or DMD as needed.

  • Monitoring working updates and informing the concerns.

  • Any other tasks assigned by the management time to time.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.

  • Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company.

  • Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.

  • Maintaining accurate records and documenting all customer service activities and discussions.

  • Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls and inform them to the relevant dept.
