We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support company growth through strategic sales and market expansion activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and a proactive mindset.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase company revenue.
Generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present company products/services to prospective customers professionally.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business agreements.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Conduct market analysis to identify competitors and industry trends.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.
Attend meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding market opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
