Working Hours: 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (including weekends and holidays as required)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, couriers, and documents.
Assist the HR & Administration team with routine office tasks.
Maintain office records, files, and front desk inventory.
Ensure cleanliness and professional presentation of the reception area.
Support management with administrative assignments as required.
Welcome guests and visitors professionally and provide necessary assistance.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
