A reputed organization is seeking a smart, proactive, and dedicated individual for the position of Assistant Team Coordinator & Client Relationship Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting team operations and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily team activities, schedules, and workflow management.
Assist in employee training, onboarding, and performance improvement activities.
Monitor and supervise sales team performance to ensure KPI and sales target achievement.
Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members for maximum productivity.
Follow up with team members and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Communicate with clients through online/offline channels and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and performance updates to management.
Identify operational or sales-related problems and submit problem analysis & solution reports.
Process fee deposits and maintain proper records of existing clients/agents.
Convert existing clients/agents into new sales opportunities and generate additional business.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients/agents to increase retention and repeat business.
Coordinate between management, sales team, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
Assist management in planning, implementing, and improving sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Sales Team Files: 1% Commission per File
Existing Clients/Agents Files: 3% Commission per File
