Responsibilities & Context:

Employment Type: 10.0am - 6.00pm

Working Hours: 6 days a week (including weekends/holidays as required)

A reputed organization is seeking a smart, proactive, and dedicated individual for the position of Assistant Team Coordinator & Client Relationship Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting team operations and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating daily team activities, schedules, and workflow management.

  • Assist in employee training, onboarding, and performance improvement activities.

  • Monitor and supervise sales team performance to ensure KPI and sales target achievement.

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to team members for maximum productivity.

  • Follow up with team members and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

  • Communicate with clients through online/offline channels and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution of issues.

  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and performance updates to management.

  • Identify operational or sales-related problems and submit problem analysis & solution reports.

  • Process fee deposits and maintain proper records of existing clients/agents.

  • Convert existing clients/agents into new sales opportunities and generate additional business.

  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients/agents to increase retention and repeat business.

  • Coordinate between management, sales team, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assist management in planning, implementing, and improving sales strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
