Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about ShadiKabbo.com services.
Communicate professionally with customers and maintain positive customer relationships.
Follow up with customers regularly and maintain proper records.
Assist customers with matrimonial service-related queries.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer service.
Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform other responsibilities assigned by the management.
