We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and email

• Provide accurate information about products/services

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently

• Maintain proper customer records and update databases

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

• Work closely with team members to achieve service targets
