Shayan Resort is seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant / Secretary to provide administrative and secretarial support to management. Candidates with digital marketing knowledge and social media management skills will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
* Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
* Maintain confidential records and files.
* Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
* Assist management with administrative and operational activities.
* Support social media communication and online inquiries.
* Assist in basic digital marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
* Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
* Training in office management or secretarial science will be an advantage.
Experience Requirements
* Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Personal Assistant, Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative roles.
* Candidates with experience in hospitality, customer service, or digital marketing will get preference.
* Fresh graduates with strong communication and computer skills may also apply.
Additional Requirements
* Age: 22–35 years.
* Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Smart, presentable, and professional attitude.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content posting, and online promotion will be preferred.
* Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Canva, and basic photo/video editing will be considered an added advantage.
