Experience:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business/English).
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or hospitality sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Bangla and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Presentable, polite and courteous.
Self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude.
The Receptionist / Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. The incumbent will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling communications, coordinating administrative support and maintaining efficient office reception services.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients and employees with professionalism and warmth.
Manage the front desk area to ensure a professional appearance.
Answer, screen and forward incoming calls and emails promptly.
Maintain an updated contact directory and ensure all communications are logged and directed appropriately.
Coordinate visitor management by maintaining a register, issuing visitor passes and notifying relevant departments of their arrival.
Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.
Assist in clerical duties, including maintaining records, filing documents and scheduling appointments.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail/couriers, ensuring timely distribution.
Maintain records of courier deliveries for reference.
Monitor and manage front desk supplies like stationery, ID cards and passes.
Notify administration about requirements or shortages.
Support HR, Admin and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Coordinate with security personnel for visitor clearance and safety.
