Additional Requirements:
  • Age 21 to 35 years
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business/English).

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or hospitality sector.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in Bangla and English (spoken and written).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Presentable, polite and courteous.

  • Self-motivated with a customer-focused attitude.



Responsibilities & Context:

The Receptionist / Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. The incumbent will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling communications, coordinating administrative support and maintaining efficient office reception services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients and employees with professionalism and warmth.

  • Manage the front desk area to ensure a professional appearance.

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls and emails promptly.

  • Maintain an updated contact directory and ensure all communications are logged and directed appropriately.

  • Coordinate visitor management by maintaining a register, issuing visitor passes and notifying relevant departments of their arrival.

  • Provide general information about the company to visitors and callers.

  • Assist in clerical duties, including maintaining records, filing documents and scheduling appointments.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail/couriers, ensuring timely distribution.

  • Maintain records of courier deliveries for reference.

  • Monitor and manage front desk supplies like stationery, ID cards and passes.

  • Notify administration about requirements or shortages.

  • Support HR, Admin and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Coordinate with security personnel for visitor clearance and safety.
