Responsibilities & Context:

Position Title:

  • Brand Promoter / Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-friendly individual to work as a Brand Promoter and Receptionist. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, promoting company services, and maintaining a professional front-desk environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receptionist Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.

  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.

  • Manage appointments and maintain visitor records.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Assist with administrative tasks and office coordination.

Brand Promoter Duties:

  • Promote the company's products and services to potential customers.

  • Explain service features, benefits, and pricing.

  • Engage with walk-in clients and generate leads.

  • Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

  • Maintain positive relationships with customers.

  • Collect customer feedback and report market insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HSC/A-Level or equivalent qualification.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Presentable appearance and professional attitude.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Social Media).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous experience in customer service, reception, or promotion is preferred but not mandatory.
