Experience:
Prior experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role will be given preference.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients and visitors.
Ability to explain company services, facilities, and related information clearly and effectively.
Professional appearance, well-groomed personality, and presentable attire.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency with skills in data entry, record keeping, and office management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Serve as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and visitors by providing a warm and professional welcome.
Manage incoming phone calls by answering, screening, and directing calls appropriately while taking accurate messages when required.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Coordinate and schedule appointments for management and staff while maintaining organized calendars.
Manage internal and external correspondence professionally and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Provide accurate information regarding the organization’s services, facilities, and related inquiries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and reception area at all times.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, faxing, document handling, and maintaining office supplies.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations and effective service delivery.
Monitor the reception and front entrance area to maintain safety and security standards.
Support the onboarding and training process of newly recruited front desk staff when required.
Follow company policies and procedures, especially regarding confidentiality, professionalism, and workplace ethics.
Maintain accurate visitor records, appointment schedules, and other relevant data using computer applications and office software.
