Experience

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals. The role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing patient registration, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth front office operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Department: Administration / Patient Services

  • Full-time position.

  • May require shift duties, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Office-based role with frequent interaction with patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Reception & Registration

  • Welcome patients and visitors courteously and professionally.

  • Register new patients and update existing patient records accurately.

  • Verify patient identity and required documentation.

  • Guide patients regarding hospital procedures and available services.

  • Answer telephone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries promptly.

  • Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors` schedules, consultation fees, and visiting hours.

  • Resolve patient concerns or direct them to the appropriate department.
