Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Maintain and optimize the DMD’s daily, weekly, and monthly schedule, scheduling appointments and prioritizing urgent meetings.

  • Correspondence & Communication: Draft, edit, and respond to emails, memos, and letters on behalf of the DMD. Screen incoming calls and inquiries, forwarding to the appropriate department.

  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize boardroom meetings, prepare agendas, and record detailed meeting minutes.

  • Document & Report Preparation: Compile, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and financial expense claims.

  • Travel Logistics: Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotel bookings, and transportation.

 

 

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: BBA/Equivalent, Bachelor Degree in English or A Level will be given preference.

  • Experience: Proven experience (typically 2+ years) providing high-level secretarial support to top Management or C-suite management.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and electronic diary management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook, what’s app, Facebook).
