We are looking for an exceptionally organized, proactive, and highly professional Personal Assistant (PA) to the Deputy Managing Director (DMD). This is a prestigious role for a confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced executive environment. The successful candidate will act as the DMD's trusted executive partner, ensuring seamless management of executive schedules, confidential communications, strategic meetings, business travel, and VIP protocol while maintaining the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and official engagements of the Deputy Managing Director (DMD).

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the DMD and internal departments, business partners, government authorities, and external stakeholders.

  • Draft, review, and prepare professional correspondence, official letters, reports, presentations, and confidential documents in both Bangla and English.

  • Organize executive meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, briefing notes, presentations, and ensure timely follow-up on action points.

  • Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and protocol requirements.

  • Ensure proper protocol, etiquette, and professional standards are maintained during official meetings, corporate events, and visits by dignitaries, delegates, and VIP guests.

  • Maintain complete confidentiality of executive correspondence, strategic information, and sensitive business matters.

  • Monitor and prioritize the DMD's tasks, ensuring timely execution of commitments and effective coordination across departments.

  • Follow up on key assignments, decisions, and strategic initiatives to ensure completion within the stipulated timeline.

  • Maintain organized records, official documents, and executive files for easy retrieval and reference.

  • Perform any other executive, administrative, or confidential responsibilities assigned by the Deputy Managing Director from time to time.
