Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in Science Background
∎ Preference will be given for Agriculturist
∎ BSc.Ag/MSc.Ag degree will be highly welcomed

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate product information to farmers, Agriculture officers, Dealers, Distributors and Retailers.
∎ Credit Collection and collecting of orders from distributors, Retailers to achieve sales objectives.
∎ Ability to prepare Territory budget.
∎ Supervision of sales force, dealer & territory.
∎ Identify new business opportunity and implement different types of marketing policies.
∎ Making Monthly visiting plan for all team members and implements it effectively.
∎ Self driven.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Good Communication and Negotiation Skills
∎ Candidate who has general educational background with experience in this field are highly encouraged to apply.
