We are looking for a Receptionist who are smart, intelligent, ambitious, and must have Good communication skills.
Handle phone calls incoming/outgoing with greetings in a professional way.
Receive letters, messages, and documents and pass them to proper places/persons and keep records.
Provide necessary information to the Client, and take messages.
Internal & External clients handle with good smiley mannerism and well behavior.
Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures and rules.
Received phone call & transfer it
