Experience:
Front Desk & Administrative Support:
• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, candidates, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, screen calls for management, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain visitor records, including sign-in/sign-out procedures, and ensure compliance with office security protocols.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules for management and relevant departments.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, courier packages, and official correspondence.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
• Provide administrative support through document preparation, filing, record keeping, data entry, and report generation.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with agents, candidates, clients, and company representatives.
• Coordinate effectively with company management, HR-Administration, and Marketing teams to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and service-related issues professionally and promptly.
• Assist management and administration with assigned tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Marketing & Recruitment Support:
• Prepare and circulate job advertisements and recruitment notices based on manpower requirements.
• Provide accurate information regarding available job opportunities, recruitment procedures, and company services to candidates and agents.
• Maintain regular communication with local and regional agents regarding manpower demands and recruitment updates.
• Collect candidate profiles through agent networks and coordinate recruitment-related activities.
• Conduct follow-up calls with agents and candidates to ensure timely communication, document collection, and recruitment progress.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records, marketing documentation, and related files.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and recruitment activity reports.
