We are seeking for a competent and dynamic Front Desk Officer, HR & GS Department to oversee its front office management at ATBL.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing multinational retail organization and to play a vital role by providing a professional & welcoming atmosphere, managing visitor greetings, managing phone calls, and administrative tasks within the company.
Job Purpose:
To manage the front desk operations by welcoming visitors, handling calls and correspondence, coordinating meetings and interviews, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and professional office operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet visitors/ guests entering the building, answer any questions, provide the right directions, and alert staff when someone is there to meet or visit them.
Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them within our message system.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
Schedule meetings, appointments, and Interview phone calls to the candidates.
Maintain a filing system/ Personnel filing for the office desk and the new joiners.
S/he shall maintain the logs as a protocol to secure the premises .
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Ability to take initiative, to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling in on the phone.
Ready to take up other responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management..
