The Officer/ Sr. Officer, Site Acquisition is responsible for scouting potential outlet locations across Dhaka, and for archiving and managing documents and data files related to the activities of the Branch Building and Maintenance Department, while providing administrative support to the Location and Building Manager. This role supports the team by identifying prospective sites, maintaining accurate records, ensuring easy retrieval of information, and helping with day-to-day departmental operations.
Travel across Dhaka to scout, survey, and identify potential outlet locations in line with company site criteria.
Conduct on-ground visits to assess location visibility, accessibility, surrounding catchment, and general suitability, and report findings to the Location and Building Manager.
Maintain an updated log/database of surveyed locations, including photos, contact details of owners, and basic area observations.
Assist in preparing PAR (Project Approval Request) documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Fill and maintain documents for the Location Department accurately.
Compile identity/data of location owners for properties to be rented, for submission to the notary, accurately and on time.
Support the preparation and completion of BPDL (Branch Project Documentation List) and assist with submission to Head Office.
Attend calls related to location offers and, when permitted by the Branch Manager, assist with walk-in visitors presenting location proposals.
Provide data and documentation promptly and accurately as required.
Provide administrative support for various branch processes, including assisting with the submission process for financial documents related to Building & Maintenance operations.
Monitor and follow up on Building & Maintenance issues logged in Helpdesk Online until resolved.
Maintain the confidentiality of all company data and adhere to Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies.
