Computer knowledge is mandatory.
Rangpur Community Medical College Hospital is reputed private hospital in northern part of Bangladesh. We are looking for immediate recruitment for the above post and inviting applications for it’s “Heart Centre”
Manage and monitor the front desk area to ensure it is always organized and presentable.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Handle routine administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing appointments.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.
Assure that patient information records are appropriately filled.
Answer phone calls promptly, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments, ensuring accurate coordination.
Maintain visitor logs and employee attendance records, ensuring compliance with office policies.
Provide clerical support to supervisor and administrative teams as needed.
Ensure effective communication between departments to support overall office efficiency.
Manage patient appointments, including counseling, confirming appointments, recording patient details, and maintaining necessary documentation.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Perform daily computer work, data entry, and official documentation.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and scheduling meetings.
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Support additional receptionist duties as required by company policies.
Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
Address patient queries and ensure prompt resolution.
Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude for all communications.
Carry out other related duties as and when assigned by the Management.
