Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla (written and verbal)

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication
Good Bangla (Bijoy) and English typing professional level ability
Ability to work independently and handle pressure with maturity

Position Overview:
The PS to Chairman will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chairman. This role requires strong organisational skills, discretion, excellent communication ability, and the capacity to manage schedules, correspondence, and confidential information effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handle official correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document preparation on behalf of the Chairman
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items
Maintain confidential files, reports, and sensitive business information
Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal departments, investors, partners, and external stakeholders
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and briefing notes
Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations related to the Chairman’s office
