Qualifications:

  • Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla (written and verbal)

  • Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication

  • Good Bangla (Bijoy) and English typing professional level ability

  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure with maturity

To support the Chairman in managing business affairs efficiently, we are seeking a competent, trustworthy, and well-organised PS to Chairman.

Position Overview:

The PS to Chairman will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Chairman. This role requires strong organisational skills, discretion, excellent communication ability, and the capacity to manage schedules, correspondence, and confidential information effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Chairman’s daily schedule, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Handle official correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document preparation on behalf of the Chairman

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items

  • Maintain confidential files, reports, and sensitive business information

  • Act as a liaison between the Chairman and internal departments, investors, partners, and external stakeholders

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and briefing notes

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations related to the Chairman’s office
