The Personal Secretary Cum Body Guard position is a critical dual-role responsible for ensuring the personal safety, confidentiality, and administrative efficiency of the assigned top management authority (Director). This role combines personal security responsibilities with secretarial and administrative support, requiring a high level of trustworthiness, discipline, organizational skill, and physical readiness. The position plays a vital role in managing daily schedules, communications, documentation, and secure movement of the authority.
Body Guard / Security Responsibilities
Ensure personal safety and security of the assigned authority at all times
Accompany the authority during office hours, meetings, travel, and events
Identify and assess potential security risks and take preventive actions
Coordinate with drivers, security staff, and local authorities when necessary
Maintain alertness and readiness for emergency situations
Ensure strict confidentiality regarding movements and personal matters
Personal Secretary / Administrative Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendars
Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence
Draft letters, emails, reports, and presentations as required
Maintain confidential files, documents, and personal records
