The Personal Secretary Cum Body Guard position is a critical dual-role responsible for ensuring the personal safety, confidentiality, and administrative efficiency of the assigned top management authority (Director). This role combines personal security responsibilities with secretarial and administrative support, requiring a high level of trustworthiness, discipline, organizational skill, and physical readiness. The position plays a vital role in managing daily schedules, communications, documentation, and secure movement of the authority.

Body Guard / Security Responsibilities

  • Ensure personal safety and security of the assigned authority at all times

  • Accompany the authority during office hours, meetings, travel, and events

  • Identify and assess potential security risks and take preventive actions

  • Coordinate with drivers, security staff, and local authorities when necessary

  • Maintain alertness and readiness for emergency situations

  • Ensure strict confidentiality regarding movements and personal matters

Personal Secretary / Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendars

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence

  • Draft letters, emails, reports, and presentations as required

  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and personal records

  • Arrange meetings, travel schedules, accommodation, and logistics

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the authority
