Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Calendar Management: Scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and managing time efficiently.

Communication Gatekeeper: Screening phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence on behalf of the principal.

Travel Coordination: Organizing comprehensive itineraries, booking flights, hotels, and transportation.

Document Preparation: Preparing, proofreading, and editing reports, presentations, and briefing materials.

Administrative Support: Maintaining filing systems, managing expenses, and conducting research.

Meeting Support: Arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Personal Assistance: Handling personal errands or tasks to support the employer's work-life balance
