Experience:
Bachelor`s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Candidates with educational backgrounds in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields will receive preference.
Age: 22–30 years (may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates).
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Good computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Knowledge of Hospital ERP software will be an added advantage.
Smart, well-groomed, pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Experience
Minimum 2 (Two) years of experience in Reception, Front Desk, Customer Service, or a similar position.
Experience in a hospital, clinic, or diagnostic center will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and attendants in a professional and courteous manner.
Register patients and maintain accurate patient records using the Hospital Management System (ERP).
Schedule patient appointments and coordinate with consultants and hospital departments.
Receive, transfer, and manage incoming calls through the IP Telephone System.
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors` schedules, departments, and visiting hours.
Handle patient queries, complaints, and feedback with patience and professionalism.
Maintain front desk registers, documentation, and daily reports.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth patient flow and quality customer service.
Perform any other duties assigned by the hospital management.
